When sending your timepiece to us:
- Do not send original packaging or boxes as it will not be returned.
- Nuttings Clock and Watch Repairs highly recommends you insure the parcel and that it is trackable.
- The parcel must be adequately wrapped to protect the watch during shipment.
- Nuttings Clock and Watch Repairs is not responsible for lost or damaged timepieces during shipment.
