All complete services are covered by our 12 month warranty.
THE REMOVAL OF THE WATCH BACK BY ANYONE APART FROM NUTTINGS CLOCK AND WATCH REPAIR WILL VOID YOUR REPAIR WARRANTY IMMEDIATELY. THIS INCLUDES OTHER WATCHMAKERS, JEWELLERS OR HOBBYISTS.
Partial repairs are not covered by our warranty.
Please note our warranty DOES NOT INCLUDE the following:
Crown, stem, bezel, crystal,band or bracelet damage or general wear and tear to these parts.
It also excludes any damage from misuse ,including dropping, jarring ,watch adjusting or removal of the back by another person,watchmaker or another business. This will void your warranty.
Any exposure to moisture of any kind, including leaving the screw down crown unscrewed.
We DO NOT warranty any watch that is not a proper divers watch and must have passed all forms of pressuring testing by our Watchmaker before exposure to water.
Fine watches, like any other precision instrument, require periodic service to maintain their high performance.
Nuttings Clock and Watch Repair recommends that your timepiece be serviced every three to five years depending on usage.

- Breakage of any springs, weight cables or chains,failure due to metal fatigue of old parts and any damage caused thereby;
- Evidence of tampering or alteration to the work performed by Nuttings Clock and Watch repairs Hobart, including moving the clock and getting it out of beat.
- If our professional advise has been ignored as to a suitable placement or position of a clock and the clock will not run in the spot we advised against. We are not responsible in anyway if you choose to not listen to our advise or have not got a suitable place to put a timepiece so that it can operate correctly and safely.
